| CAN-DO
renovated an existing house and constructed a three
bedroom addition on Webster Street in Auburndale to
provide affordable housing for six adults with
developmental disabilities. CAN-DO's partner in this
project is the Newton Wellesley Weston Committee for
Community Living, Inc. which provides staffing and
supportive services.
Three of the six bedrooms and a bath are
handicapped-accessible, with 24-hour staff supervision
on site.
CAN-DO broke ground for the Webster Street House on
December 19, 2001 and held a ribbon cutting ceremony
with friends and supporters on September 26, 2002
